Schwab is seeking an experienced attorney for the Bank, Retirement and Trust Legal Group as Senior Advisor, Bank Loan Products (Director and Legal Counsel) based in Westlake, Texas. This Director and Legal Counsel will join an existing legal team that supports CSB, CSPB and CS&Co`s lending initiatives. Help us make statutory salaries more transparent. As a member of the Banking, Retirement and Trust Legal Group in Schwab`s Legal Department, you will be responsible for providing legal advice regarding the legal and regulatory aspects of CSB, CSPB and CS&Co`s bank lending initiatives, including Schwab`s Secured Asset Line of Credit („PAL”) product (an unrestricted revolving credit facility secured by investment guarantees). Mortgage products, unsecured loans, margin loans, loans from Schwab subsidiaries and development of new bank loan products. The successful candidate will accompany transactions on the bank`s multi-level lending platforms. This position will work closely with senior bankers, credit colleagues and client-focused operations on loan transactions from start to finish of the loan, and will also work with other Schwab lawyers to assist with broader legal matters. *Subject to change.
